Rioja will showcase at ProWein 2023 a small but illustrative sample of its 100 kilometers of diversity. The Rioja Control Board´s official stand will be divided into two main areas, where any attendee will be able to dive into the latest and very diverse offering from the region.

FREE TASTING ISLES
This is a very unique setting, and one of a kind opportunity to really understand Rioja! In one place and in a complimentary tasting format, attendees will be able to understand the history and the look to the future of the wines from Rioja. Here it is possible to taste and compare at your own pace the most iconic, and at the same time, different proposals from Rioja. 

120 Whites, Rosés, Sparkling Wines, Blends, Monovarietals, Reservas, Grandes Reservas or Singular Vineyards will be displayed in three stunning tasting isles. This area will be assisted by a team of Official Rioja Educators, who can assist the audience in 5 different languages: Spanish, English, French, German and Dutch.

Entry to this area is free, and the attendees can choose to navigate on their own or to be assisted by the staff of the stand.

RIOJA AMPHITHEATER
A program of 10 seminars given by Masters of Wine and Rioja experts will cover the hottest topics in the region in an innovative setting. Throughout the seminars, 40 Rioja Wines will be tasted as speakers such as Tim Atkin (MW), Pedro Ballesteros (MW), and Sarah Jane Evans (MW) take us through topics like Strong Women of Rioja and Unique Plots of Rioja.
